Starting the Tax Exemption request

Once submitted, the completed form is synchronized with the Content Management platform, and a dedicated Business Workspace is automatically created.

Internal review of the application
The internal user starts reviewing the submitted application.

Request returned for additional information
They can either approve it – if all information and documents are complete – or return the request to the applicant, asking for additional details.

Request status update
When this happens, the request status updates to Waiting Additional Information.

External user notification
The external user is notified via email and asked to access the form to provide the missing information. The email includes a secure PIN that the user must enter to open the form.

Resubmission & data synchronization
…and completes the required details.

Once the form is resubmitted, the new information is synchronized back into Content Management, and the request status updates to In Progress.
